Chiller Factory Upgrade Turbo
I was looking through www.modernperformance.com and saw the Chiller Factory Upgrade Turbo Stage I and II and noticed that Stage II was claiming 400-500 HP for 3500 first question is that reasonable for the out put? Has anyone put this in their car and if so how is that working out? Once again how much would the Stage III mopar upgrade cost putting me around 300 HP. Just trying to see what would be a better investment if I have the money to put forward? Final question is since this is such a hot car how many ladies out there own one?
I have yet to see any ladies with one in person, I've just seen one on here and that's it.[sm=sigh.gif] The Chill Factory will be the better gain for the money, I believe that the Mopar Stage III will be around $3,000 or so.
That is it [sm=exactly.gif]. But if you read carefully, all of the Mopar Stage upgrades are not street legal and are only intended for off road use on non-pollution controlled vehicles.[sm=sorry.gif][sm=idontcare.gif][sm=innoc.gif]
Yeah, I had some worries when I saw that on my PCM, but the dealer offered to install it regardless, for $111.00.....funny how when there's money to be made, all legal concern goes out the window!!![sm=dontgetit.gif]
is this another turbo kit on it so there is now 2? and also would this cut down the life of the car because i would like to kepp mine till 60,000 or more miles

It's really too early to say how the Stage upgrades will affect engine life, but I haven't heard of any major issues YET. That's not to say we won't in the future, but I sleep better at night knowing that my performance mods are all MOPAR!!!
The thing about the chill upgrade is it is quite expensive but if you have yet to add all of the parts they have listed then it seems like a good deal. It has in it:
Stage I

Chill Factory stainless turbo manifold and downpipe
Complete fuel system upgrade
Turbosmart blow-off valve
Powdercoated and bead rolled boost pipe
Air intake pipe and filter
Silicone hose couplers and filter available in colors
300-400 horsepower levels price
Stage II
All components from stage I plus:
Larger turbocharger for higher boost and power levels
Full boost pipe replacement
3" downpipe
400-500 horsepower levels price
Prices are 2999.99 Stage I
3599.99 Stage II

This may sound crazy but is there anyway to possibly combine the Stage II Mopar w/o toys with the Stage I in the chill series? If so what kind of numbers would that be putting out?
