i just got my car back and it is still not running right. ive put the mopar plate back on and it acts like its sealed until i let of the throttle. when i change gears and get back in the throttle you can hear it blowin out air and then halfway through the gear it will seal itself shut again and then release like it supposed to when i change into another gear. so im thinkin the factory valve is not sealing right....any suggestions / opinions???

throw it out and get a real bov? sorry, but that's honestly my best suggestion. i hate that rice plate, and this is part of the reason why. it can cause more problems than it's worth.

if you're intent on keeping it, use sealant around the bov. copper rtv works well .also make sure that the stock surve valve doesn't have a tear in the diaphram.

you don't need the air/fuel ratio gaugue now. That's for people with bigger fuelpumps and injectors, or S-AFC or any kind of piggy back.Get rid of that rice plate or try selling it and buy a good bov

yes he does need that a/f gauge now. EVERYONE should have a /f gauge, even stock. but especially once you start playing with boost levels it's a must. yea it's used as a tuning tool as well, but it's primary job to make sure you know that you're not running too lean or rich so you don't blow your motor.
