supposively my car is pushing 14 psi while at idle. the guy looking at my car is looking for a diagram that shoes where the computer boost sensor is. does anyone know where i can find a sensor diagram, or particular the computer boost sensor?
yeah i know the guage is off for sure, but he hooked the tool up through the computer so the guage has nothing to do with it. i just need to know where i can find a diagram or even sensor locations.....anyone have any ideas at all....dodge dealerships SUCK!!!!! ******** just hung up on me twice
if anyone could even tell me where this computer boost sensor is located that may be of great help as well....does anyone own a maintenance manual and if so does it have these wiring/sensor diagrams in it?
psichick gave me this in my post down the list. i have been having problems like what you were describing and replacing the boost gauge fixed it all. it just got fixed two days ago. but she sent me the link for the whole manual in pdf. he it is and i hope it helps you. you can thank dusty and psichick.

I replaced my factory boost gauge with an electronic boost gauge because the stock one shook so much I couldn't tell what it was reading, somewhere between 15-19 as a spike. The new gauge has a sensor the old stock gauge did not.
electric boost gauges come with a map sensor that's connected into the lines. manual gauges don't use it.
if you need a new gauge there are many on the market that are good. i have the mopar 30/30 electric and it's been great so far. the defi gauges are beautiful but expensive. the cobalt series are nice too. depends on what look you're going for.
