I know this is kinda in the wrong section but I saw a Red SRT-4 at a base called RAF Lakenheath and Mildenhalltoday while I was getting gas. Anyone here fit that description? They saw me too... sat there for a sec and I was about to go out and talk to them but they drove off b4 I got out of my car. Anyone here from around that area in England? I've seena couple of SRT's on that base but I can never catch the person who drives them. Just trying to see if they might be on here or not.

 

I saw one yesterday drivin at I-95.....nice one, red with carbon fiver hood...too bad i95 was jammed!!!!

 

Yeah I feel like i'm the only SRT around here and I can't seem to find anyone who is modding there car here so they can help me with some things. The guys I'm around have stangs and other cars and only want to make fun of or take a sneak peak of what I'm doing for my car then talk about it.

 

Well here in the states it aint much better. Very few around the 'Zoo. (Kalamazoo Mi.)
You in the AirForce? I wasa crewchief on fighters, F-15's and F-117s, from 1984 to 1992. Except for the war part, (Desert Storm), it was fun, cool and a great job in general. I do miss some of it.

yall!!!!i was at this guys house on saturday tryin to fix my car when no lie, about 7 srts pulled up. there were 3 white, 2 red, 2 black and there were already 5 at the house.....it was crazy. man we put an intake on my car in like 5 min. i almost got a boost guage out of the deal, found some pipes w/bov, found a cheap greddy bov for sale.....man it was awsome!!!!! i didnt know there were so many srts around here!!!! and all them had at least a wastegate

 

Count yourself lucky as it seems most of us go it alone. That is why I am on 4 different forums. Sad but true. There are about 6 other SRT's in my area. I have talked to the owners of about 4 of them. Only one other guy is a car guy and goes to car things (cruises occasionally) but he doesnt' race. That's funny too because he has a stage 3. Actually a bit weird I think. One guy bought his with stage 1 but doesnt know anything about it, another very young kid has like 2 bolt ons and is well known in the area for acting like a total ricer. Another guy I'm told was a cop but I am not too sure as I heard he sold the car for having too many tickets. The others I just see driving by occasionally and do not get so much as a wave of acknowledgement. So this would be a group you cant and probably would not want to get together with for the most part though I'm sure they are allreally good people somehow. Just not SRT people or die hard car guys. Hell it's even hard for me to be a diehard car guy anymore given my age and the fact I have young kids and a wife who could care less about cars. I have to try to do car stuff where it doesnt interrupt the family life or at least not too much. The good thing is, my wife knew this about me when we met and is tolerant of my hobby(s). So the forums are where I learn.

 

that sucks man.Here in Fl we are pretty damn close.I know4 other red srt4s, we are very good friends, and we ride together to the races and stuff, there's also 1 silver,1 white,and 2 black that ride with us too.And everytime I find an srt4 on the road we both usually smile and nod our heads or blink lights, doesn't matter if we know each other.Evo drivers usually give me the mean look, but some are pretty cool.

 

Well that sounds cool. I wish I had some people to ride around with. I do have one guy with a Saleen N2O. I recorded us taking a few runs on the freeway. Other than that, I'm alone. Thanks Pressurecooker. I'm in the Air Force. I apprecitae it. I have been fortunate to dodge the Iraq bullet since I'm a Cop but it'll hit me sooner or later.

 

In total around here Ive seen MAYBE five srts... two of them might have been the same person lol.... My best friend has a ford and bf has a chevy.... go figure

 

I didn't know how spread apart we all r. I see place on the net where SRT's meet annually, I would go to something like that if I could.
