That was always one of the most fun things I did at the dealership. You have a customer come in, saying their car is making noise and then you get to ask the ultimate funny question,,,,,,,,,,,,,what kind of noise ? I've seen people squeeking, squawking, flapping their arms and lips, it can be pretty damned funny. Then you just say, well take me for a drive and let me hear for myself me.............but you got to ask them to describe it,,,,,,lol
So, the next time you're at the dealer and he asks you to describe the noise, realize everyone is watching and waiting for the comedy show to start.

04blksrt- I have a Turbnetics Upper hard pipe w/ a knock-ff E-bay greddy type S Bov, that I will let go for Cheap if interested. I put it on and just liked the sound of the AGP-EVM BOV sound better. The pipe is powder-coated black with blue silicon ends, I also have the block off plate for the stock BOV as well. Pm me or give me a Shout @ 719-393-2174. I can send some pics if interested.
I've never seen a bad dealership. I've seen some rip off mechanics anddumbass service advisors working at dealerships, you'll find plenty of rip off technicians running their own garages also.
Dealerships as a whole get a bad rep because of a few bad people ( all you need is one ). Bad news spreads faster than good and a lot of times the customer wants their car fixed for free or next to nothing.
That's the same thing anywhere you go, one bad employee can ruin the rep for the whole business. When a dealership is "bad" is when management turns a blind eye to it and honestly, I've never seen that happen. They can't stay in business long ripping people off, the news spreads to quickly and the Manufacturers won't stand for constant problems or complaints.

through personal experience the dealers that i have dealt with were a**holes, didnt even want to take the time to look at the car (while under warranty) and even when they finally did look at the car didnt know a thing about it. every dodge dealer that i know or have heard of is completely ignorant when it comes to srt4's....thats through my experience only though
i've seen it. the dealer i used to go to was so bad that dcx pulled their 5-star ranking. the owner fired everyone and got a whole new staff, they're much better now. but before they were complete asses.
opinion question : BOV on hot side or cold side...does it make a difference. i would prefer to put it on cold side, but the atp pipe has the flange on the hot side.....does it really matter other than the fact its harder to get to
