Default A Bad Life For A SRT-4

So I was patrolling base I work at and I stopped at the front gate to check on the guards there to see how they were doing. While I was talking to them I heard a familiar sound. It was an SRT-4 of course and I looked up in joy to see who it was. This was the first time an SRT-4 had come to our base besides mine. I was excited to see who it was and if he was going to be a new person to the base. He drove up to me and I looked at him. [:'(]In my mind I was like WHAT THE HELL! It was a much older guy driving it. No problem with that at all but his SRT-4 looked like s***. I mean damn it was so caked up with dirt you couldn't see the paint, he was a mean looking guy too. I thought, poor car,it was one of the unfortunate ones to get a owner who just drives a car and doesn't take care of it. It looked like an 04 or 05 with not one mod or anything. I guess I just always thought if someone had an SRT-4, they had other things in mind than JUST A CAR. I dont think he knew exactly what he was driving. I told him he had a nice car and he just looked at me and drove away. [:@]Anyone else ever see a SRT-4 in distress.

I'm an older guy and my car looks like it's in distress right now. We've had a couple of snow storms, it's cold as can be and it needs a bath really bad.

The car will get cleaned up as soon as it gets above freezing one weekend day.

i understand that, mine is in dire need of a bath from all the crappy weather. but right now its my only car, so out into the winter wonder land i go (with 4 dedicated snow tires of corse). but as soon as i get caught up on things around the house, it will get a bath and a wax. just have to wait until i can leave it in the garage for a bit so it dosent freeze up. but seeing some cars is just sad. i recall my first landlord said he washed his car like once a year, after winter, sooo sad. the car was a few years old and the finish was a disaster. but oh well, to many its just a car.

This guys car was bad though. It sounded bad and it looked even worse. I was just pained to see an SRT-4 in that type of condition. You guys can't help it but at least you plan on doing something about it. There is no snow over here right now and it just right to wash a car. I luckily have a beater so I dont drive my car as much and I have a garage. I'm actually going to clean it tomorrow for a car show at a place called Ice-Direct on Sat and Sun over here. I'll post some pics of it since it's my first show with the car. I would like to show everything but I can't causemight get in trouble with some of the pictures. [&:] Anyway my car has a layer of dust from me sweeping the garage. I was pissed cause I just had cleaned it the other day. Oh well. I guess it's snowing pretty good in the states. We barely got a inch this winter over here.

I'm on the far side of 50 and my SRT-4 has always had a bath at least every other day until about 3 weeks ago. It started raining here and hasn't stopped for more than 48 hours or so since then. I'm not used to seeing water/dirt spots on my car!!![]

My car has been sitting here in Cali for 2 months now (of course being driven around the block by my lovely trusting neighbor once a week of course) but when I came home that thing was NASTY!!!! First thing I did???? Had the Marine's wash it at a fundraiser, they were pretty pissed!! Woo Hoo!!! Nice clean ride again

Nice, they do fun raisers all the time like that here but i'm to worrie about then doing something to my car. I guess I'm paranoid or something. I dont only wash the car, I vac, wax, clean the alloys and tires, dash, everything. You can say I detail everytime. On a good day it'll take me about 2hours to clean the whole car. I have to feel like doing it though. My car was caked a while ago and it was freezing outside. I walked into the garage and I just couldn't take it anymore. I grabbed a coat and went outside and washed it. My wife though I was crazy but the car looked great after I was done.
