Default Left Rear Brake Problem

Has anyone else had issues with their left rear brake draging? A few weeks ago I got on the freeway and noticed a bad vibration and the smell of brakes burning, but no visible smoke and I had to keep on the gas more to keep up to speed. I got off the freeway at the first exit I came upon to check things out and nothing was wrong that I could see and the E-brake wasn't even slightly applied either, so I continued on my way home on the regular streets. When I checked it out at home I started feeling the wheels and the left rear was hot to the touch while the others were cool as could be. Later that night I went for a drive and there was no problem and there hasn't been any until yesterday, for some reason both times happened to be fairly nice saturdays, and it just so happens to be the exact same way as the previous time on the same stretch offreeway even. I noticed a slight vibration this time and the same need for more gas to keep up to speed so I knew what it was this time. I know it's not the E-brake because I haven't used it since the first/last time this happened just to see if it was the culprit and apparently it's not. Hopefully it will do like last time and be fine again for awhile so I can get it to the dealership and get it fixed under the warranty.

Has there been any issues with the left rear calipers, TSB's or anyone else have any problems with their's or am I the only one?
