ECU Wiring diagram - ECU Pinout?
I'm new to this. I just bought a HKS Turbotimer but I've looked almost everywhere for a picture or explanation for the wires that come from my ECU, does anyone know which wire is which and which one I need to use?
i'm not sure about the HKS wiring but when I hooked up my Apex'i TT, you can just tap into the wires that are in the steering column. You dont need to worry about wires that are coming off the ECU.
Do you have the full auto turbo timer? If you do you can hook up to the wires in the steering column. I have english directions for you somewhere in my garage. I'll see if I can scan you the picks and stuff. Actually I might be able to get them on the net. You only need to hook up the speed wire that leads from the ECU, if you desire to use that wire. I tell you that's a b**** unless you got something that can push the wire through the firewall. I wanted to use the speed wire so I did it. It's not hard at all, you just want to make sure you tap into the right wires.
Here is a site with pictures and explaination.

Tnx guys, I connected my turbotimer tonight but I need 2 know which colour is wich from the ECU, RPM, Speed, boost, and that stuff, this is a turbotimer with everything, o-60, 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, Starts automaticly to count when I start a race, I can see the voltage for my battery, I can see the speed, I can see the RPM, I can let it make a noise when I exeed 60mph, TECHNICAL ****. haha
Well, I know that if I connect the RPM it doesn't show the right figure but what about the speed signal? What do I need to make it show the right numbers, and do you know where I can get it and if they send it Worldwide, P.s I live in Iceland! And It's most often cold here in the winter so my car is boosting good!

yes...dont get the Apex'i TT ... its not worth the price tag. It has more features that you can't use....at least not withouta wideband with an Analog output, like the Innovate Motorsports wideband.
Does anyone know what my speed signal wire looks like, I saw a drawing of my ecu and it said it was orange and white, I took out the bottom plug of my ecu as described and I didn't see any orange and white wire. Accually it was a picture taken off a 2004 srt, maybe the colours of the wires have changed!
