One thing that wasn't mentioned was the comparison between the computers on the 04 and 05. I heard the 04 SRT-4s are the best b/c the 05 has more limitations on the computer like top speed.

Hey Flamingpinhead, In your diagram what is the other connection on you cai for. Not the one thats closest to the turbo that connects to the valve cover but the other one just after the center coupling?

 

I believe what was said was that 04 ecu's/pcm's are more 'mod friendly' than the 05's. The 05's seem to be pickier and more prone to throwing codes?

 

but all joking aside, what exactly are you referring to? the line for the occ? but im guessing your referring to the connection for the two sections of the intake? it converts to a SRI:

Flame, if you look just to the left of the K&N sticker on your intake you will see that a hose is coming out of the intake. Where does that connect to?

 

its a vent of some sort, it goes in thesameloom/tube as all of the lines going to/from the soleniods. it connects to the stock air tubing just after the airbox.

i dont believe its a part of the solenoids, but it may be on here somewhere:
