i dont understand what happend! i was on it and it just fk up the pistons. it wont stock smoking and leaking oil. if i would of had a wideband and a safc could i of tune it to go with the stock fuel system and would i have been ok . i had the stock fuel system is that why this happend? but really if i had a safc and wideband could i have been ok with the stock system??

 

what do you mean you dont have a wideband and a safc? did you have a bigger turbo? i have one on my car that i just got and its tune with the stock system to be ok. i have a bigger turbo and the stock fuel system and i am guessing thats why the guy befor me got and installed a apexi and a aem on there. as far as i know its ok if you tune it with the stock injectors and keep the boost low. my car is at 16psi and i have had no problems! but the turbo is making a bad sound now but i think i found out what that was. but i shouldnt even say anything to you after what you said to me yesterday dick. YOU THINK YOU KNOW EVERTYING BUT YOU DONT VALO WHATEVER.

 

valo,please list your mods. Its hard to understand what the hell you're talking about, in your post. You say that you have a stock fuel system - ok....but what other mods do you have. If youi have a stock fuel system, you dont need an safc. A wideband is definitely recommended for ANY car (modded or not).

anyway, please don't tell me that you upgraded your turbo without doing your fuel system. If so, I'm glad you blew your motor.

 

well i have to say somthing there! i have a 50 trim and i have the stock fuel system and i am making it work and its fine. Its ok if you get a safc and dont go over board! i am at 16 or 17psi and and i tuned my stock injectors to work with it. my car dyno at 289whp . later when i get more money i will buy a fuel pump and bigger injectors so i can up thre boost. I think what he is trying to say is he put a big turbo on there and didnt buy anything to tune it with his stock system and a wideband!
