Hey guys! I just discovered this forum and figured it would be a good idea for me to join since me and my family have always been Chevy people. Anyways I finally went out and bought a 99 Ram 2500 quad cab long box with 120,000 miles on it. It has the 5.9L, auto, and is straight piped. I must say I do love the pickup, but must admit after about a month of ownership I had to put a new tranny in it, sad but true. Anyways I just wanted to stop in and say hi.

 

Welcome to the forums!!! I'm new here my self and so far have found alot of information that would have helped a great in the past.

My 1999 Durango right now has a very hard put 197,000 miles on and it's still kicking. The biggest problem I ever had was the radiator got a hole and now the rear main seal is leaking.

I too use to be a chevy guy.I now have faith in Dodges after the my Durango.

welcome to df. congrats on your new to you truck. sorry about the trans but its about par for the course. likely future problems will be steering and plenum gasket and cat coverter.
