Hi I am new, with a 98 Ram, and a 93 Eclipse.
Hey all, my name is Dan and I'm new to this forum, although I am not new to auto forums by any means. I just turned 20 last week, and I work as a Chrysler/ Jeep / Dodge Tech.
I just picked up my first Dodge truck, a 98 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 5.2L auto with 56k miles for $6500. Its white and is extended cab, short bed. The truck is in near excellent shape and is all stock besides some new Cooper Discoverer STT tires.
My other vehicle is a 93 Mistubishi Eclipse GSX (Turbo, All wheel drive). Nearly everythign is modified on it. Right now its running low 11's in the 1/4 mile (11.3@ 129mph), hoping to break into the 10's soon. The butt dyno registers at about 550awhp. I just got the trans back in this afternoon due to breaking a shift rail.
I bought the truck b/c I needed a nice reliable daily driver, and the Eclipse is not that. I will be using this a daily, and as a rig to tow the GSX to the track, and the occasional off road event.
When I get a chance I'll post up a pic of the truck and the car.
I just wanted to drop by and say hello, and I should be here frequently!

welcome to rthe sight man loved the truck man i had a 97 ram with 5.2 liter i had it mod was doing 17's in 1/4 mile at the track i loved it had only 66,767 miles until i was involved in a crash but thank GOD no one was injured.
