Just thought I'd see what kind of forums were out there for dodge's.
I just bought a 2000 Dakota sport 4.7L two days ago. I'm a previous Jeep TJ and XJ owner and a plymouth roadrunner, so MOPAR isn't new to me.... built the Jeeps up for rock crawling... 4-linked front and rears, FF dana 60 rears, HP Dana 44 with high steer knuckle fronts, 4.56 gears with ARB's, Dana 300's flipped and clocked, etc... Sold them before I started medical school and bought a stupid subaru outback that I've had for 3 years now... i hate it!!
I decided to get the Dakota for my 4th year of medical school and hopefully it'll will last for the 6 years of neurosurgery residency.
I've got a month off for vacation, so i'll be working on the Dakota and visting here for some ideas and answers.
