im new
my name is joe and i live in california. i own a 91 dodge shadow that i got from my cousin and i am slowly turning it into a nice little commuter car. the only things i am having trouble with is that i cant find the color code which isnt a big deal but also my gas mileage is around 18-20 mpg. i was under the impression that it was supposed to be close to 30 mpg but i may be wrong. can anyone correct me or tell me im right? oh and tell me where the color code can be found. any help is apprieciated.

on the inside drivers door palen there should be a sticker with a bar code, the vin number and a bunch of other info. toward the bottom of that sticker theres the paint code. I think it looks like this PNT: xxx the x's of course being the 3 digit code.
