Hello, I am a new Dodge owner. 03 1500 SLT 4x4 Quadcab with ahemi blah blah blah, purchased in October of 03. I have been reading info from this forum sinceSeptember of 03 and decided to join instead of just lurking around.Anyway, you'll probably see my user pop up once in awhile. My real name is Brent. I am not a brand loyalist so don't be surprised if Iam not a do or dieDodgesupporter.

Had to go to a meeting before I could finish this.Anyway, I am a tell like I see it kinda guy, been around, done a few things, have some experience, always looking to learn more. I am not as smart I thought I was! LOL.My user name shouldpretty much explain things, I can get into trouble just about faster than anyone.

I spend too much time on snowest and ktmtalk, but don't plan to spend as much here, not unless some cute gal with a red dodge starts flirting with me, ha ha. See it didn't take long did it, UHOH!

Brent, welcome to the site and I hope you enjoy it. I am not a loyalist either, I just enjoy trucks. I do love my Ram though.

I just started a new job today. So far things are pretty messed up, oh well.

I have had the truck since October of 2003. It is nice, drives well, quite cab, comfortable, and ergonomic. I don't pullbig loads but I do pull a 4place snowmobile trailer, a bike trailer, and a 24'travel trailer (not at the same time, lol). I have not pulled thetravel trailer yet, kinda cold. It pulls the sled trailer finebut the tranny does not let thetorque of the engine do its job.

Thanks for the welcome. I better get back to the old grind stone.

Wanna make a little wager on that, lol. She know's the drill.

Thanks on the truck. It has the infinity system as well, pretty nice. Other little things like the shift on the fly 4x4, lighting group, heated mirrors, rear under seat storage, off road group (wheels, tires, limited slip 3.92), tow group etc. The only complaint I have is the way the truck/tranny reacts to pulling a load and the fuel mileage. I do a lot of sledding and dirtbiking so I am constantly pulling something. The truck shifts a little too soon and too often for my liking.

OK, I read the thread about posting pictures. I haven't had the digi cam all that long so this stuff is still pretty new to me. I am also using my work pc. If you want send me an email and I can send them to you. I only havea few decent shots. brentmartell@bc.com
