hey guys im dave im 23 and live in northeast philly. i just got a 2004 Black Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4.7L V8 automatic with 43k miles for 10 grand it is in amazing condition no scratches or dents runs great handles ok. It has limo tint, rain guards over all 4 doors, painted grille and bumpers, and black westin step bars, i plan on doing a lot more cosmetic work just gonna take some time i definitely like the blacked out look. if anyone has ideas let me know or if someone has info they wanna tell me about the truck that i should know that would be very helpful. I also saw the black truck club or something if you guys read this and wanna send me an invite id join. If anyone who works on the rams and lives near Newtown Pa in bucks county message me Id like to do a couple things soon like dual exhaust coming out the both sides on an angle. I have a question tho what sounds the best on the 4.7L v8 rams. I like the deep gargle sound. I have a 04 v6 3.7L Ram reg. cab with dual magnaflow catback and it was so loud but not to deep. i also had a avalanche with single flowmaster 40 series exhaust but its the 5.3l v8 i loved that sound. any ideas on which exhaust is the best deep sounding message me or reply to the post with models thanks

they say magnaflow is better then flowmast on persofrmace, but flows are louder. but go over to the 3rd gen dodge ram forum, theres a bunch of guys there looks for the perfect exhasut there too, look into a electric cutout, alot of ram owners here got them, also i heard cherry bomb glasspacks are crazy loud

welcome. just go to the black truck club and join. no invite necessary. your truck sounds and awful lot like mine. first to do cosmetically--debadge and tint your tails and 3rd brake light. should cost less than 20.00 to do that makes a world of difference. then drop it

 

slap on some 22s while ur at it
