hello! I bought my first car!!!!
hello people! I have bought my first new car. I used to drive a TOYOTA PICK-UP, a 2.4 liter 125hp engine truck. I love that car; however, I got an upgrade. A new DODGE RAM1500 QUAD CAB though the Hemi was alittle too expensive, I got the 4.7 Liter V-8 engine. I love that car as well. When I come out to the parking lot I see it standing there looking all mean and ready to devour everything in sight. HAHAHA It is sooo awesome driving this my new ram around.
I just want to ask some questions. Does anyone know where I could get some inexpensive bedliner for my car? it is the 6ft bed. I called around and people are asking for 240-250ish. I checked out the spray-ons but they were asking for 340 around there. I called pepboys and they said 189 and installation of about 50 bucks. So does anyone know where I could get a bedliner for a low price in southern california area. I live in la mirada...fullerton, buena park area.
also i was thinking of putting some flow masters. does it get too loud?

RE: hello! I bought my first car!!!!
Welcome to DF
Sweet looking truck! (I can see myself in the tires)[sm=shades.gif]
I'd have to agree with Dusty and Viper, I had a Rhino Liner sprayed on when my Dakota was new and It's been great.
Advantages:
1. Will not crack like plastic
2. Stuff in the bed doesn't slide as much as plastic.
3. Won't chaffe on the bed and scratch it.
4. Won't trap water between bed liner and bed (see 3) which will rust.
5. Cleans up good and still looks new after 4.5yrs.
Cons.
1. ---------- Actually I can't think of one!
Good Luck with the truck.
