New from Texas
I am a Father, Husband, Brother, and Son. My name is Joe. I am an LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) with a county that will remain unknown at this time. I have 3 kids. Been married for 8 years now. I am 26. Yeah, I know got married young. Oh well, tried to do the right thing at the time. LOL.
My vehicle is a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Short Bed P/U. It has the sucka** 4.7 liter motor in it. Have had it since late 2006. I am the second owner. It only had 5k on it when I bought it.
Plans for my truck, well really just debating whether or not to buy that beast of a hemi, the 7.0 liter one. Or just dump a ton of money into the motor I got.
Current mods, K&N air filter, Flowmaster 40 series mufflers - dumped. The current tint I have on my truck doesn't even have a percentage, my back glass is triple tinted 20%,5%,5%, my side windows are double tinted 20%,5%. And yes, I have a strip across the windshield that's 5%. Have the 2/5 drop kit sitting in my office in my house just waiting to be installed. Also have the roll pan sitting right next to the drop kit. LOL.
Debating on whether to go big wheels or not. Had a friend who had 24's on his ram, and his transmission blew. So, I guess I'm gonna stay with 22's. Don't know if I want the SRT10 Ram wheels though. I would like a nice looking truck, but a sleeper as well. Something someone rolls up to thinking it's all show and no go. Then I blow their modded mustang or vette into that last century. LOL.

Howdy!
Howdy and welcome to DF! I say put the 7.0 hemi in, then do alot of stuff to it lol. Sounds like a clean truck you to put some pics up. Im still working on it. Also what part of Tex? Im from East Tex.

Woodville is just East of Livingston on highway 190. Not all that far at all.

I actually live in Burleson, TX about 10 minutes from Ft. Worth. I will post pics as soon as I can. I got her all dressed up today and took some shots, she looks pretty. Will look much better once lowered and roll pan installed and painted.
