Greetings from a noob
Just introducing myself...
My first Dodge was a 1968 Coronet 440 that I fell in love with on the day it was rolled off of the dealer's lot and bought from the original owner in 1975. The next was a '75 Dart Sport that my first wife totaled just six months after I bought it -- two months later she was gone. I sure do miss that car. Heck, I miss the Coronet, too. It was great fun driving the fastest streetable ground pounder in the county.
The following years were spent driving boring family cars and/or Jeeps, with an IH Scout thrown in for good measure. Now I've come home again, back to Mopar.
My current Dodge is a relatively low mileage 1998 Ram 1500 4x4 I bought two weeks ago, bone stock at the moment but not for long. First it gets reliability upgrades, then it's on to squeak out a few extra horses while pursuing the goal of increasing its fuel economy a bit. Oh, and the cosmetics, too, as it's got that legendary Chrysler factory paint, with flakes scattered all over the local roads. I'll keep it on the road until its no longer worth messing with, which will probably be when parts get to be too hard to find.
