Default Need more horse power

i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 with a 318, im building this truck for bogging....i have 5in stage 3 lift and riding on 35x12.50xr15 interco boggers, i recently made some fender adjustments to fit 38's but there isnt enuff hp to get me outta some 'sticky' situations. how can i get the most HP outta 600bucks. i got a K&N cold air intake already....

What about a performance chip? K&N adds a very small amount of power

ive herd that chips for gas trucks are garbage from some people and then ive herd they work great from other's tho. have u had a chip?

Welcome to the site. Look into exhaust headers, cat-back system, ported cylinder heads, and a tuner (not a chip),
