not a Happy Kamper any more.!
Hey everyone..as you may know I am new here and have a question for all that maybe able to help.
I had a few 4x4 Dodge growing up, 1992, 1997 ,2001 sport and my last 1 was a 2004 off road. I traded up to the 2008 sxt and it sucks.. It cant handle the weight, the ride feels like the tires are coming through the floors on the smallest bumps, exhaust sounds like a tin can, and the seats are hard. I make many runs North into Ontario to play with the quads pulling 4 on a flat bed. Now here is the question.?
I had the 04 ,same engine 5.7 run 120 km/hr rev @ 1800/2000. now the 08 runs only 110 @ 25/2700 rpm. yes I switch off the cylinder drop off and even playing with the over drive still cant make it purr like the 04...???
Is it they changed the rear end or trainy gears.. Will I be more happy with the 2009.?
