Default Noobie

I thought my second post should be an intro, since my 1st was a F/S. I won't have much reason to come back if someone here can't hook me up with a full size van or maybe an SRT in trade for my '00 Dakota R/T. I love the truck and wouldn't be getting rid of it if it was an ext. cab. But with a new baby, I need a 4dr for my SO to drive. She makes me way too nervous driving the SS. I feel like the baby is safe, but I am trying to keep the mi down on it and NOT have it wrecked. I also need a full size passenger van to haul her family and my growing arsenal of motorcycles around. This Dakota was my 1st Dodge, and I have been very pleased with it . I did have some problems with the Dodge dealer who sold it to me (in 2002, originally registered in NV), but no any more than some other dealers I've dealt with before.

So Hi Ya'll

Steve

current fleet
1966 Cadillac Eldorado Conv.
1995 Chevy Impala SS
2000 Dodge Dakota R/T (for sale)(fastest, quickest and strongest truck I've had yet)
1994 Harley Davidson Softail custom
1996 BMW R850R

prev. trucks
1990 Chevy 454SS
1994 Chevy S10 SS

Thanks all, for the nice warm welcome!

Someone could just say hi, or maybe I could get some input on if my truck is priced right?

You didn't exactly present yourself as friendly

Anyways, Welcome!! Glad you could join us. Can you post pics of the 1996 BMW R850R?

Didn't mean to come off sounding unfriendly. sorry...I just hate losing my toys. If it wasn't for Oooops! I'd have another motorcycle by now. I'm also a little bummed because the truck I like so much doesn't seem to have held its value very well. I know gas is getting $$$, but I listed the truck in Auto/Truck Trader about 6 months ago and didn't get any interest at all. Even if the price was out of line (is it? I checked it on Edmunds) it was OBO and not a nibble. Looks like I'm going to end up taking in the backside at the dealers to trade it in. Has the used auto/truck/motorcycle market gone very soft? Seems like all the forums and classifieds I have checked don't seem to be moving good vehicles at what seem to be fair prices.

I'm working on resizing my photos for the gallery.
