Hey all from Hot and Humid Tampa!! Just been blessed with a 99' Ram 1500 V8 Magnum. Don't know a thing about it other then the fact that it is damn hot!! Trying to learn as much as I can to make it look and run great and last forever=). Any help is appreciated. Ignorance isn't bliss if you're broke down on the side of the road.

Welcome to DF. Check out the Ram section for some info on how you can keep that truck it tip-top running order.

Also, besides the forum, do you know of any site that, in laymans terms, accurately describes the workings of a standard engine? I really only know of some basics that I have learned from my dad while lingering in the garage here and there and would like to learn more.

There's also the table of contents list in the center too.
