new guy here Northeast Pa.
Just bought an 01 Dakota Sport 4x4 3.9 I am having nothing but issues with this truck...dumped 1000. in her already. New A/C compressor, IAC, TPS, tuneup, oil change, battery etc.
The engine has developed a misfire cyl 2 cant find out why or from where, done all the basic troubleshooting and now I have a low end knock! I am considering a swap out to a 5.2 or possibly a Jeep HO but may just do another 3.9 for cost reasons. I may just get it fixed and sell it, not a happy first time Mopar owner! I was hoping someone here could assist or give their thoughts opinions and advice?
I have been on Durango-Dakota forum as well with no real luck.
