Hello, New to the forums, I've been reading through the site for a little whilem thinking how fortunate I was that my truck was still running, well not any more. A year ago I acquired the truck from family and had the infamous missing coolant and overheating problem. I pulled the head and found the crack before any major problems, So I thought. The truck ran like new after the reinstalling the heads, then all of a sudden I started to hear the clinking noise from the engine and in all of a couple minutes the noise got louder the engine loss power and dead! After gettting towed home I pulled the heads and #2 has broke valve seat/seal, #7 burnt piston, #5 water in cylinder and a almost fried piston, #3 water. #1 130psi, and #4,#6,#8 all had 128psi. So now I have the never ending question, should I rebuild or replace? I am assuming I have to do a valve job, heads machined, new pistons and rings, new bearings (main & Rods), timing parts, oil pump, cylinders bored, and block machined. What else Am I forgetting and what do you dodge gurus think I should do? Will the size of the new pistons be dependant on how much has to be cut away from the cylinder to remove the scoring? I am capable of doing most of the work myself except for the machining stuff. I'll post some pics in a few, after I resize them.
Thanks I look forward to being here and hearing back.

Here are a few pics.
