I hate to agree... but I like the newest Mustclang better too because it looks more like a throwback on the Mustangs of the 60-70's. Yah? I like old cars.

Hey there all-

New as of today. My first new vehicle ever is a '99 quad cab 4x4, which I still have. Pretty much chose everything that I could want in a truck at the time that I got it, and to this day it has not been a disappointment in anything but milage. Doesn't have much non-stock on it but for the K&N kit and a Magnaflow exhaust, which I would reccommend. The power curve is a lot more smooth, toruqe & HP are up as well as milage- (about 2.5 MPG increase). My plan is to drive the wheels off it and then put new wheels on and drive it some more.

Anyway, it's got an oil temp spiking problem, which is addressed in the manual but without a "this is what's wrong" resolution and I'm a bit concerned with the emotions of my EFI (unstable idle, sometimes resulting in cutting out) both of these problems are more accute these days. This more than anything else is what inspired me to join this forum... see if anyone knows what's up with my truck. Anyways- will try to find a forum more suited to the troubles & post them there.

Thanks for being here folks!
