Hi Amanda:</P>
I am Captain Art Wilson one of your newest members. I hail from Alma, WI during the Spring & Summer then winter in San Diego. I am a member if the San Diego Mopar Club. My ride is a beautiful Amythyst 1998 Dodge Dakota R/T 5.9. This is my 3rd Dakota and I was hoping the 5.7 Hemi would appear in a Dakota but it doesn't look like it's going to happen soon.</P>
As for the Captain title, I am a licensed USCG Captain (Master actually) and I work on the Mississippi River during the Spring and Summer season</P>
I posted a message in the Dakota section hoping members with knowledge will put an end to my endless wondering. </P>
I will be looking forward to the positive input from DF members</P>

Well then hello Captain!! SO glad you could join us!! Please post some picture of that gorgeous ride! I'll head over to the Dakota section to see if I can be of help. You asked for it....So now I'm gonna give it to y'all. New to the forum (obviously). Got me a brand new Gray '04 QC 5.7L "can you say HEMI" 4WD Ram 1500. Ah the joys. Had an '01 F-150 that I had absolutely no complaints with ....BUT after driving the new Ram.......Sold ! What can I say. Unfortunately, I'm hooked.
