Hi from NC
Im from NC and have two kids and a wife. I bought my 2005 Hemi Ram QC so I could haul the family in comfort. But being a car/truck guy for over twenty years i find it hard to leave it alone.

2005 Ram QC newbie
Hi all! I'm Bud from MD. I've been in the Army for 21 years 9 months. I just purchased a 2005 Ram Q/C 1500 Hemi Sport. I love this truck!! Silver, ground effects, hood scop, leather, nav system, dual Flowmaster Super 40s, Air Raid cold air.
I've been trying to get a Q/C since I deployed to Bosnia in Sep 2001. I returned in 2002, and 2 months later my wife was pregnant with #2, so the Dodge was on the back burner. I deployed again in 2006 and returned in October 07, and made up my mind that this was the time. So a 86 VFR750 and the Hemi are my 2 new toys.
I can't believe these trucks are so cheap now because of gas prices. I purchased this from a GM dealer with 75800 miles, with a warranty, for 11K.
I have a few questions, so I'll look through here and post as I come across a problem. Like all forums I belong to, I'm sure everyone here will be more than willing to help!
Glad to be here!

Welcome to Dodge Forum, Bud!! I was in the Air Force for 21 years and a few days. It was more if you count the fact that my dad was a drill instructor (TI) at Lackland AFB for 15 years........at any rate enjoy the site and don't be a stranger!!

Thanks Dusty. Any clue how to work this nav system? The radio isn't even in the owners manual.
I plan on doing the big 34 years and retiring at 53 and living it up! Now, if I can just make that E9...
