Thumbs up Mopar Madness 1

Hello everyone! I've owned Mopars all of my life starting with my first Mopar. It was a 52 Plymouth 4 Dr sedan and that was back in 1963. Over the years I've owned a 1965 426 Plymouth pushbutton drive that I bought before I went to Vietnam, 1967 R/T 440 Cross-Ram that I bought after my first tour in Nam, 1968 383 Charger after I got out of the hospital in Hawaii and a 1970 Hemi Challenger 4 speed when I got discharged from the Marine Corps. OH YEAH!! The Challenger was white just like the one in the movie Vanishing Point.I traded the Challenger in for a 1981 Dodge P/U with a 318. After about 3yrs I put 360 heads on it and 2 4bbls with duels. In 1990 I bought a full size Dodge P/U extended cab 4x4 with a 360 with 4speed automatic O-drive. In 1999 I bought a Darango then I went backwards and traded it in for a 1998 Dodge Quad cab sport that was left over never sold. Now I have a 2000 Dodge 1500 V-6,1997 Chrysler LHS 3.5LT and A 1950 Dodge B 2 B 1/2 ton p/u streetrod 318ci 340 heads and more. Who knew that all of the mopars I've owned would be worth so much money today. OH WELL life goes on. Thanks for giving me a chance to tell you all about my mopars. Remember one thing!! "OLD MOPARS NEVER DIE", They just change drivers.

Default 1st new vehicle, 1st time dodge owner

Bought a new Ram at the end of August this year. Mineral gray metallic 08 1500 Hemi QC SLT 4x2. My first vehicle was a 74 Chevy stepside pickup that I tinkered with: lift, tires, gears, posi, carb, intake manifold, K&N intake, Goodwrench 350, cam, headers, dual exhaust, flowmaster mufflers, MSD distributor, shift kit, trans pan, etc. After about 8 years it was time for a new ride. Letting go of my first vehicle I had put so much blood, sweat, and years into was rough, but jumping from a 74 to an 08 truck with a 17,945 price tag made it easier. Not a total Dodge guy yet but Im slowly coming around.

Went out today and purchased a 1950 Dodge Meadowbrook. This will be my first restoration and I need help. There are so many places on the internet what is best. The body is great, interior shot, motor turns, floor pan shot. Looking for a hand me down restore for my 3 year old grandson. All help is interested. john@pembertonponderosa.com

Default 2000 dodge neon 2.0 sohc 5speed

Hello, my name is Adam but my friends call me B-Cratz. I just bought a 2000 neon 2.0 SOHC with the 5 speed MTX. I am having trouble with the P/S belt slipping cant seem to get it tight at all!!! I plan to beef this little 4 banger up a little...not used to 4cyl last project car I built was a 1970 camaro z-28 with a 383 stroker infront of a TH-400. that little toy came across the 1/4 at 139mph in 8.332 sec. I know I wont get anything like that outta this new toy but maybe something to compete with those civics boys that run around my town. lol they spray bomb the inside of thier cars and cut the muffler off and think they are the next Vin Deisel!!!!!
