Profile pictures are allowed uot to 290x290 pixels, Max. 50KB;and jpg/gif are supported. If you need to shrink it, open Start < Programs < Accessories < Paint. Then after paint is open, open your image file. After that, then click the Image Tab and stretch/Skew. Contnue shrinking your picture evenly until it meets the requirements
