I'm here

I just bought a 1999 1500 ram 4x4 with a 5.9

everyone thinks I've lost my mind with gas prices so high.[sm=badidea.gif]

I traded in my 1994 Ford Explorer w/ a v6.

I pull a 1968 shasta 13' camper and when we get the chance to go camping and the ford was just alittle under powered.
I didn't want a big V8 but I fell in love when I test drove this truck.

This is my 2nd big Dodge truck I bought a 1979 Dodge Ramcharger new with a 318.

Congrats on the Ram. We had a 93' Ford Explorer and it was ok to us.

Welcome to Dodge Forum. Hope you have good luck with the Ram. It should serve you well when pulling the camper. That's a well seasoned camper too. Wow! A 1968.
