Hello All!
Hi All, new member to the site. I just purchased a 2007 Caliber SXT (white). Bought it shy of 61k miles, and definitely looking to get more acquainted with the car and you all at the forum (especially in the Caliber section).
Quick question. (i'm not sure if I should ask this in the Caliber forum, as I assume its a general question).
Since this is my first vehicle, I was wondering what kind of tools I would need in my toolset. I definitely want to be hands on with the vehicle and learn more about it and be able to fix most amateur/advanced issues outside of something where I must go to a dealership/ local auto place. I already pulled the service manual down and have been looking at it, but I would hope some of you seasoned car owners can give me a general list of tools to buy (to start off course).
Again, thanks for the anticipated welcome and hope to talk to you all more often!

Welcome Aboard rajin! Stay tuned - a Technician (or member) will jump in shortly to provide a toolset recommendation. In the meantime, don't forget to browse Sub-Forums: Caliber for stuff related to your ride.

I cannot tell you exactly what tools you would need but I can say if you ever need anything regarding recall's, service bulletins, or anything else do not hesitate to PM me with your question and VIN and I will help you out in any way I can.
