hi i am a new caravan owner who was lied to about vehicle i bought. it has many minor repair issues and bein a woman the mechanics have used my lack of knowledge to hike up repair costs. cant afford much more need repair manuaul for 1999 dodge caravan 3.3 engine anyone have one?
