New to Dodges
Hello forum,
I recently "inherited" my father's 2008 Dodge Dakota TRX4 (I'm pretty sure that's the full model) as he passed away a couple months ago.
It's not my main vehicle (at the moment at least), but I figured a truck could be useful for trips to the hardware store and such (better than loading bags of mulch, or random boxes, etc. into an Impala or my Corrolla).
I've never been one to do my own automotive work, whether it be lack of skill or time, but I figure this vehicle maybe a good place to start as it sat idle for close to 6 months (up until a month and a half ago) and I think it needs some routine things. I googled about changing spark plugs, and this site was near the top of the results.
Figure I can learn a few things, and maybe save a couple $'s by doing some work myself. It may also give me another hobby if I find out I like working on it.
Excited about having my first truck, even if it needs a little work.
