Default newbie going truck crazy!!

hi from the west coast. I have a 03 2500 4x4 that has a low sounding grind/growel turning left at low speeds 10mph or less after i replaced wheel bearings/hubs, u joints etc... it wasn't there before everything went smooth together wondering if it could be ball joints??? maybe a bad wheel bearing? any thoughts all advice or input would be GREAT.
Logger.
