Love dodge! Why? First they pay the bills. I am new to the forum. I belong to many others that span literally span the globe. I'm joining because I like to know what other dodge owners are talking about. I am not only a dodge owner, I am also a dodge warranty admistrator. I've worked for dodge 12years now. I got my foot in the door as a night porter and worked my way up. I am chrysler gold certified. I attend at least 3 classes a year, 4 new prouduct discs, and participate in the monthly master tech and parts. I have seen posts by forum members laughing at other new poeple. Needless to say I don't want to be one of thoes people. Everyone has to get their foot in the door somewhere. Obviously those people share people's intrests here or they wouldn't be here. They would be at the chevy forum or vw, whatever the case may be. See ya around

Jen,

LOL, that only reason I ask, is that the 99 Ram here has some corrision on the Chrome Wheels, near the center caps... and I'm sure you know all about that. LOL!I have close ties to a Dealership, but there's nothing that they can do... It's frustrating. They even placed a call to the District Guy and he couldn't do anything over the phone, and I've still yet to see him... LOL! Is there ANY hope of them being replaced under Warranty?

amanda, I don't know what zone you are in, but if you are in the midwest try contacting .......... oooh can I say the name? Basically it's a shop in the chicago area that recromes for less than 1/3rd the price of new wheels. Many DM's will authorize thissince it's a compromise. Remember they hate the word deductable because it implies it was owed. Think of it as shared expense.

Amanda, I was just thinking. Did you place a call to chrysler? I don't know how tight you are with the dealership, but if you call them(chrysler) they have to open a cair. After it's open the dealer is required to follow through with the district manager. This way you know for sure the DM is made aware.
