My 2000 Intrepid takes on fuel very slowly. The fuel fill tube, one-way valve, and filter have all been changed. What else can it be?

NEW INFORMATION -- We have noticed that the Intrepid takes on fuel slowly if the tank is near empty. When the tank is 1/4 or 1/2 full before refueling it takes on fuel at the normal rate. We will monitor this for a few weeks and see if the phenomenom continues.

 

The problem maybe in the fuel tank.

 

What should I look for in the fuel tank?
