Unhappy 67 Dart - Lacks Power - HELP!!!

Hello,
I have a 1967 Dodge Dart - Slant 6 225. I've had it for a number of years.
Lately it has been lacking power. I can't get it to go over 40 mph.
Ive recently put in a new carburetor. and i had a problem with the choke, but i sealed it up good. there were a few loose bolts on the manifold but I tightened those up. Its also "blurging". Kind of a hiccup coming out of the exhaust.

It seems that either the fuel pump isn't pumping enough gas or there is an exhaust leak somewhere. But im not sure. I really dont know where to turn. Can someone PLEEASE help me?!?

I know what the problem is My first car was a 67 Dart swinger and it had the 225 in it The exhaust is the answer. I put a thrush on it with no tail pipe. what a mistake . I had to run a pipe all the way out. There was not enough back pressure. I loved that car that was 35years ago

Welcome to DF
You could also have a exhaust system that is plugged.

Theres gotta be a leak somewhere.
