My 1997 ram 5.9l started misfiring and threw code 11. Replaced cam sensor, distributor, rotor, crank sensor, cap, plug wires and is still missing. Set sync with scan tool and all is in range. Looked for short in electrical. Nothing found. Can anyone tell me just how important the routing of the plug wires is? Firing order is correct. Also, mech friend says all that is left is pcm in process of elimination.
