I need help. I have a 2005 dodge durango that within the last month has blown through 4 TPS Sensors. The mechanic said they have no idea what it is. They replace it and it runs fine for about 2 week and then it will ran and stop working. Anyone have any idea what could be burning out my TPS sensor. They've checked the wiring.

Are you using mopar sensors or aftermarket?

 

They put the after market the first 3 times and now they put the dealer one on. It acted like it was going to do it again the other day but now it is running ok. I dont know whats going on. It acted up again when it rained but now its fine.

 

What is the difference in the parts???
