Default New guy needs help w/caravan

I'm a new guy looking for help on a 2008 dodge caravan. Vehicle has 56,000 miles and suddenly started using about a quart of oil a week. No signs of leakage or smoking. Also out of clear the brake warning light, abs, stability control all came on at same time. Shut down vehicle and lights go out. Restart and lights stay out until put into gear and brake applied. Anybody have suggestion where to look.

Welcome to DF
For the warning lights coming on, I would have the van checked for any stored or active codes. As far as the oil, how many miles are you driving within that week?

Default Caravan warning light problems.

Problem with oil use was the pcv valve sucking oil because it was stuck. Replacement solved problem. Brake problem turned out to be the parking brake assembly was loose. A couple hard activations of parking brake solved that problem for now.
