My v10 lost all oil pressure when I pulled into the lot at work. Talked to my mechanic and he had me change the oil pressure sending unit. Still no oil pressure. Towed it to him and he checked with manual gauge and no oil pressure. Pulled the timing cover and checked all tolerances of oil pump and checked same as new. Pulled vacuum on suction tube and pulled oil from pan easily with 8" of vacuum. Does anyone have a clue what could be my problem?

Is there any oil in the filter? Because sometimes the pump will loose the prime when the oil has been changed. Or maybe the oil pick up tube?
