Well folks, a little introduction. I just picked up a 99 Dakota Sport 4X4, it is a 5.2L with 5-Sp. I already have an idea of how easily it will burn up tires, I had to try it in the lot at work, before I strip her down to go to the body shop. This thing has a few mods done to her already and I will be doing a few more, but I have two other trucks for off roading, so I will not be smashing this one up. I must say, I have heard alot of good things about these trucks, so I hope they are right. I will attmept to put a shot up here, but I am a newbie, so I have to learn this system.

I am almost positive this will Buff out though!

HAHAHAHAHA! It was a truck we picked up at Auction, I work for an Auto Recycler and was looking for something to tow my Jeep and Samurai to the trails, so when they said they were going to part it out, I thought Hummmmm! Should be an easy fix and that thing should be able to tow. The damage is not really that bad, the frame up front needs to be pulled a bit and I have a door and Box side for her at the yard, the Rear of the cab can be popped out and the fender will be ordered aftermarket if I cannot get another from one of the neighbouring yards.

Welcome to the site. That should buff right out, but remember. Scratches add character. LOL.

It's like an ugly chick getting plastic surgery to make her look hot again. I think that truck has lots of potential LostSoul. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks man, I hope to have her rolling by mid September, but the shop I have doing the major work is nuts right now, so we shall see.
