Question New with lots of questions

Hi all, I am Dave. I currently have a 1990 Ram charger that is definitely a fixer upper. I am going to rebuilt until it is like new. Running into problems everyday and any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently my ram is running in low gearing and the front hub won't release. Any ideas? It is a daily driver that currently has to be kept below 45. Please help.
