Hey y'all I am new. I just traded my 89 Jeep Wrangler for a 2001 Dakota Sport 5pd with the 4.7 and just under 155k miles. It has a low idle 500 +/- Seems pretty low to me, as I am used to around 650-700 rpm. But from what I have read, that is normal? Also what all is needed for an Engine Tune-up?

I believe the spec is 650 to 700 RPM. Tune up on a 4.7......... Spark plugs, air filter, pcv and a throttle body clean.
