Hello everyone! I found this site while searching for information about the new Ram trucks. It was very helpful so I decided to join. First off I not much of a Dodge fan. The new Rams are looking better and I am liking them a little bit more.
But my dad likes them alot! He just purchased his second Dodge yesterday. Hence why I joined this forum. I do most of the work on his rigs when they break down and since I have very limited knowledge of Dodge, I know I can find some good folks out there to help me.
Ok so now that is out of the way, I will tell you a little the trucks. First one is a 2003 or 2004 Dodge 3500 4x4 Quad Cab 8' bed SRW w/ 5.9 Cummins/ a 6 speed Manual. No mods or aftermarket accessories. About 100k miles to date.
The "new" one is 2011 Ram 2500 Crew Cab ST 4x4 8' bed SRW w/ 6.7 Cummins with the 6 speed auto w/ Manual shift override thingy. Mods that we were told: DPF delete, exhaust upgrade, Xtereme Race Tuner programmer(not sure of setting). It also has a Pro-Line Flat bed and Bumper. It has 33000 miles.
Now I have some questions about steps and interior floor mats but I will do a search the site first before posting new topics. Thanks again for helping me in advance. I hope to find some good information on this site!
