Hi I have a 2007 dodge nitro diesel, and the malfunction indicator light came on during driving, in the manual it's says the engine control systems needs to be looked. I suspect it's the EGR valve which may need replacing, I have noticed the car isn't running like normal,& the fuel is not as efficient as normal.
Can anyone assist me if this has happened to you? And what the outcome was? Thanks

Have you had the dealer look at, or a shop? You either should have stored or active codes in the system.
