I have a nock it sould like it was coming under the valve cover. I pulled off my valve cover and took off the rocker arm. When I took off rocker a pushrod fell in. What the best way to get the pushrod out. 4X4 Dodge Ram W150 (318) Thanks!!

Have you tried a magenet? If you have and didn't get it out. Then removing the intake manifold is your last option.

 

Thanks! I did try a magenet that was on my camera it sliped off and it got stuck too! That my next step removing the intake manifold. Thanks for the help!
