Default 2001 lifted ram suspension issue!!!!!!!

I've recently installed a 3" lift kit on my 2001 Dodge ram 1500, it came with all the control arms, shocks, front coils, and sway bar drop brackets. It did not come with anything to modify the tracbar, so not the front differential is marginally pulled over to the drivers side of the truck. Does anyone know if it would be a bad idea to just take out the tracbar or should I try to get something to make it work.
