Hello and help
I have a 06 Grand Caravan. The horn does not work at horn pad or panic button
I applied voltage directly to the horn and it blew. Fuse and relay are good.
Placed a wire from 86 to 87 at horn on the ICP and horn blew. I replaced the FCM without success. I looked under the ICP and nothing jumped out as looking bad. What would prevent control voltage from reaching the relay?
Any help will be appreciated.
